Social Distancing Protocols

  • Social Distance Services for Corporate Offices
  • Social Spacing in Office Covid
  • Social Distancing in Conference Rooms

We can all agree that this stay at home order has been a very challenging time for businesses. I am sure people are getting tired of hearing about social distancing. Unfortunately, this COVID 19 outbreak will probably change the way the work place will function as things begin to open up, now and in the future. Trying to figure out how to keep your employees safe can be challenging, knowing all the different types of spaces you need to address.

To help address these new issues, we have decided to expand the types of services that we offer at Total Interiors, Inc. Our goal is to try and help businesses prepare for the coming days, and to look ahead to the future. Below is an outline of the services that we are offering to help with these changing times.

PROCESS FOR EXISTING FACILITIES

What do we will need from you:

We will need an existing plan of your office space. If you do not have any, we can develop one for an additional cost.

Total Interiors will do a walk through of your office space with a company representative that has a good working knowledge of how the office functions and how people and departments interact on a daily/weekly basis.

What we will be looking at:

We will look at the flow of the office to see how we can minimize 6 feet or less contact between employees and/or guests.

We will look at individual spaces (reception areas, private offices, work stations, conference rooms, break rooms, collaborative spaces and restrooms) to determine what can be done to minimize person to person contact, keeping in mind the 6-foot rule.

We will look at floor and wall materials to see how we can integrate simple solutions to educate employees on social distancing.

We will also look at signage throughout the spaces, to see if it is possible to add way-finding information to guide employees and guests around the facility.

What we can provide:

Option#1
Plans that reflect all of the changes that will need to be done to make the facility as safe as possible for your employees to feel comfortable in their work environment.

Option#2
A packet which will include all of the items that we recommend to help make your facility as safe as possible, organized by area.

Option#3
A combination of Option#1 and Option#2.
